Run your business from Claude and ChatGPT.

The Xaedros MCP server connects your schedule, customers, invoices and Director to the AI app you already use. Included on every plan, from $49.99 a month.

Connector address
https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp

Install it in your AI app, so you can connect in two minutes.

Pick your app and follow the steps. When the Xaedros window opens, sign in. No account yet? Choose Create your account in that window, take the two-minute quiz and pay for Lite, and the connection finishes on its own.

Connect Xaedros to Claude

Works on every Claude plan, on the web, desktop and mobile. The Free plan allows one custom connector.

  1. In Claude, open Customize > Connectors.
  2. Click Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Xaedros and paste https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp as the URL.
  4. If Claude asks how to sign in, choose these and leave everything else as it is:
    SettingPick
    AuthenticationSign in now
    OAuth clientUse Claude’s published identity
    Request headersLeave empty
  5. Click Add, then Connect. A Xaedros window opens: sign in, choose what Claude can do, and click Allow.
  6. In a chat, click the + button, then Connectors, and make sure Xaedros is on.

On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan

An Owner adds Xaedros once in Organization settings > Connectors: click Add, then Custom, choose Web if asked, paste the address and click Add. Each person then opens Customize > Connectors, finds Xaedros and clicks Connect with their own Xaedros login.

Connect Xaedros to ChatGPT

ChatGPT adds custom connectors through Developer mode, on chatgpt.com in a browser. It works on Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, not on the free plan.

ChatGPT Business

Workspace settings is the admin area of your Business workspace.

  1. As a workspace owner or admin, open Workspace settings > Permissions & Roles > Connected Data and turn on Developer mode / Create custom MCP connectors.
  2. Go to Workspace settings > Apps and click Create.
  3. Name it Xaedros, paste https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp as the MCP server URL and choose OAuth for authentication.
  4. Click Scan Tools. A Xaedros window opens: sign in, choose what ChatGPT can do, and click Allow.
  5. Click Create. Try it in a new chat by picking Xaedros from the tools menu.
  6. To share it with your team, open Workspace settings > Apps > Drafts and click Publish.

ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Enterprise and Edu

  1. Open Settings > Apps > Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode. On Enterprise and Edu, an admin may need to allow it for you first.
  2. In Settings > Apps, click Create, then follow steps 3 to 5 under ChatGPT Business.

ChatGPT asks you to confirm before Xaedros changes anything, and agent mode doesn’t use custom connectors.

Connect Xaedros to Grok

  1. Go to grok.com/connectors.
  2. Click New Connector, then Custom.
  3. Paste https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp. When the Xaedros window opens, sign in, choose what Grok can do, and click Allow.

On Grok Business and Enterprise, an admin adds the connector for the team first.

Connect Xaedros to Claude Code

  1. In your terminal, run:
    claude mcp add --transport http xaedros https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp
  2. Start Claude Code, run /mcp, pick xaedros and sign in in the browser window that opens.

Connect Xaedros to Cursor

  1. Open Cursor’s MCP settings and add a custom MCP server, or add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json:
    {
      "mcpServers": {
        "xaedros": { "url": "https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp" }
      }
    }
  2. Cursor shows that Xaedros needs a login. Click it and sign in in the browser window that opens.

Connect Xaedros to VS Code

  1. Open the Command Palette, run MCP: Add Server, choose HTTP, paste https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp and name it xaedros. Or add it to .vscode/mcp.json:
    {
      "servers": {
        "xaedros": { "type": "http", "url": "https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp" }
      }
    }
  2. Start the server and sign in when VS Code asks.

Connect Xaedros to any other MCP app

Any app that supports remote MCP servers with sign-in (OAuth) works: add https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp as a remote or HTTP server and sign in with your Xaedros login when it asks.

If an app only runs local MCP servers, run Xaedros through the mcp-remote bridge:

npx -y mcp-remote https://connect.xaedros.com/mcp

Three levels of access, so you can decide what your AI does.

Read

Ask about your schedule, customers, invoices, team pay, numbers and settings. Always on, so every answer comes from your own records.

Act

Book and reschedule jobs, draft invoices, change settings, build playbooks and ask your Xaedros Director.

Send

Send invoices and text follow-ups to your customers. Off until you tick Send when you sign in, and every message is logged.

From no account to connected, so you can ask your first question today.

  1. YouAdd the address

    Paste connect.xaedros.com/mcp into your AI app as a custom connector.

  2. YouCreate your account

    No account? Pick Create your account in the sign-in window, take the quiz and pay for Lite.

  3. YouChoose and allow

    Pick what your AI can do and press Allow. You land back in your AI app, connected.

  4. XaedrosAsk anything

    What is on tomorrow, who owes you money, book Maya for Tuesday at 10. It answers from your own records.

You stay in control, so you can hand AI the keys safely.

Every connection is yours to see and stop. Settings > Connected AI apps shows each app and everything it did.

  1. Nothing sends until you allow it.

    Messages to customers stay off until you tick Send when you sign in.

  2. Every action is logged.

    See what each app did and when, right in Settings.

  3. One click disconnects.

    Remove one app, or switch every connection off at once.

  4. Roles still apply.

    Team logins only reach what their role allows, and crew app logins can't connect at all.

  5. Some doors stay shut.

    No deletes, no admin tools and no cold outreach run through the connector.

Xaedros MCP, answered.

What is an MCP server?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard AI apps use to connect to other software. The Xaedros MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Grok and other MCP apps read and act on your Xaedros account with your permission.

Which AI apps work with Xaedros?

Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and any app that supports remote MCP servers with sign-in. Setup steps for each are in the install section above.

Does the connector cost extra?

No. It is included on every plan, from Xaedros Lite at $49.99 a month to the Full plan at $499. Compare the plans.

Do I need a Xaedros account?

Yes. Your AI signs in with your Xaedros login. Start on Lite and connect the same day.

Can my AI text my customers on its own?

Only if you tick Send when you sign in. It is off by default, and every message it sends is logged in Xaedros.

Can it run payroll with Gusto?

Yes, in an AI app where both Xaedros and Gusto are connected (Gusto offers its own connector for Claude and ChatGPT). Xaedros gives each person's pay for the pay period, counted the way Xaedros payroll counts it: hourly and overtime, salary, revenue share, flat per job and square-foot pay, plus bonuses, mileage and other reimbursements, and deductions, each labeled with its Gusto earning type. Gusto's connector runs payroll after you confirm. Xaedros never sends anything to Gusto by itself.

How do I disconnect an AI app?

Open Settings > Connected AI apps in Xaedros and disconnect the app, or switch every connection off at once.
